As the Yocova platform and community continues to grow and evolve, we’re always looking for new ways to enhance user experience and make it easier for our members to find and access the innovative solutions and services available on the platform.
We’ve listened to feedback from our members and made some further changes to the platform with Release 53.
The biggest changes to the platform under this latest release are the updating of the Company profile page to enable you to showcase your company, the addition of the Companies section within the Explore page where you can find other companies of interest and additional Notifications for buying and receiving solutions.

Company profile page
The new Company page allows users of the platform to see information about a Company, including the feed posts, be able to follow/unfollow the Company, as well as find shortcuts to lists of all the Company’s solutions, groups and more. Yocova members can find a Company through the new section in Explore, the Marketplace, and via search. Company members can access their own Company profile by clicking on ‘Me’, and selecting the Company name or by clicking on the Company name from the Home page via the Company section.
Your Company profile page can be configured by your Content Admin. This page can be used to showcase specific groups, solutions and events that you wish to highlight to the community.
Your employees will see a different view of your Company page that allows them to access a list of administrators at your company. They will be automatically following their own Company and will not be able to ‘Unfollow’ it. Any of your users with admin permissions will also be able to use shortcuts to reach the ‘Manage’ area, shown by pencil icons, from here.
Companies section in Explore
There is a new section in Explore called Companies, which gives you quick access to Companies that might be of interest. Companies are suggested based on Tags that you follow, Yocova members that you are connected to and those with a wide range of solutions.
Please make sure your Company page is up to date as other members will be landing on your page as they explore Companies they may wish to follow.
Buyer notifications
As a Buyer Admin you can now switch on/off settings relating to your purchases. Simply click on ‘Me’ and then ‘Settings & Privacy’ and select ‘Notifications’ and ‘Buying and receiving solutions’. From here you can set the default settings for notifications related to buying or receiving solutions.
To set up exceptions by Company, simply open that Company’s profile page, click on the bell icon (Manage notification) and select the relevant notification you would like to change. Any notifications you change in this way will be shown as ‘Advanced Settings’ under that specific notification type within ‘Settings & Privacy’, ‘Notifications’.
Company tags
In this release you can make your Tag sets available to ‘Companies’ which will enable you to assign tags directly to your Company page. To set this up you will need Data Admin permission and you can go to Workspace > Manage > Data > then create a new tag set or modify an existing one, and on the Content tagging section select ‘Companies’.
