Aviation’s changing hazards — and risk management — in COVID times

Aviation’s admirable safety record stands on decades of experience, learning and consolidation worldwide, and it has maintained this record during the COVID-19 pandemic. While COVID has changed many aspects of aviation, including the kinds of hazards being identified and the kinds of risks managed, the fundamental guiding principles behind the industry’s approach to safety remain as strong as ever.
